Team GPS v1.3 is an enhancement release that provides new functionalities and bug fixes:

PSA Tool Integration

• Kaseya BMS / Vorex CSAT Integration
• Introducing new columns on the CSAT Health > Reviews page 

Employee Role Restriction

• Employee users will be able to view the review details page, but the employee cannot edit a review

Survey Alerts

• Admin users can create an automated notification email centered around different CSAT Review parameters
  • Trigger a new notification email When a new CSAT review is received
    • Additional Parameters:
      • Specific Rating: Positive, Neutral and/or Negative
      • If the review contains a comment
      • If the review is from a specific company
      • If the review is from a specific contact
      • If the review is for a specific Team Member
      • If the review is from a Service Ticket with a specific Ticket Type
  • Once your parameters of the Notification are set Then add in the email(s) you would like to receive the notification

Rewards & Recognition | Points

• Admin users can view the conversion rate for Points to Dollar value (10 points = $1USD)
• Employee users can view the conversion rate for Points to Dollar value (10 points = $1USD)

Employee Onboarding Improvements

• Admin users can now choose not to send an invitation email when onboarding new users into Team GPS. Default option is NOT to send an invitation email
  
• Admin users will now have an option when uploading new users via Excel sheet to send/not send an invitation email
• Admin users can create new users with Administrator Privileges 

Bug Fixes

• Administrator users can change the Team GPS Role of an Admin user to an Employee

Note: Team GPS users with the role of Tenant Admin (the user that created the Team GPS account) cannot be changed
