What is Team GPS Rewards & Recognition?


With Team GPS we want to create a culture of peer-to-peer recognition. When two or more people gather and interact, a culture is automatically created. But is it the culture you want? With Team GPS, everyone can publicly recognize everyone else by giving shoutouts that result in real-world rewards. Everyone will love giving recognition that is timely, publicly available and expressed with their own unique voice. As you earn points, you can redeem them for e-Gift cards.


How it works


Monthly Allowance - Each month, you'll receive an allowance of Points. You can leverage this allowance to give points to your colleagues to recognize them for their help or contributions to the company in real time.


Shoutout - Give your colleagues recognition in the form of a shoutout. A shoutout includes the following:

  • The person being recognized in the shoutout
  • The core value hashtag centering the shoutout around a core value
  • The number of points from your monthly allowance that you would like to give to your colleague


Rewards - Once you have collected points by receiving shoutouts from your peers, redeem those points for real rewards from our digital reward catalogue.
