Give your colleagues recognition in the form of a shoutout! A shoutout includes the following:
- The person being recognized in the shoutout
- The core value hashtag centering the shoutout around a core value
- The number of points from your monthly allowance that you would like to give to your colleague
- The reason for the shoutout
The Points
Select the number of Points you'd like to give from your Monthly Allowance.
The Recipient
Select the person you are recognizing in your shoutout.
The Core Value Hashtag
Select the company Core Value that aligns with the reason you are recognizing a colleague.
The Reason
Type a brief description and message for the recipient to define why you are giving them a shoutout.

You can include links, GIFs and images to personalize your message
Keyboard Shortcuts
While you can select each button on a Shoutout (Points, Recipient, Hashtags), you can also use keyboard shortcuts with the requisite symbol. Example:
