With Team GPS, everyone can publicly recognize everyone else by giving shoutouts that result in real-world rewards. Everyone will love giving recognition that is timely, publicly available and expressed with their own unique voice. As you earn points, you can redeem them for e-Gift cards.

How do I give a shoutout?
Upon logging in to Team GPS, you can navigate to the Social Feed page to start recognizing your peers. Click here for more information on how to give a shoutout.
When do allowance points refresh?
Allowance of Points are provided on a monthly basis. At the start of each calendar month, your Points Allowance will reset to the default.
Points Allowance does not roll over to the next month. Use it or lose it!
Do my Points that I've received expire?
Points that you have been given via Shoutout do not expire. Feel free to save up your points for bigger rewards in the future!
How do I redeem Points for a Reward?
When you are ready to cash in your Points follow these instructions for how to redeem for Rewards.
How will I receive my Rewards?
Redeemed Rewards will be sent to your email Inbox.
How do I announce Team GPS Rewards & Recognition to my team?
It's important to give your team a heads-up that you will be rolling out a new Rewards & Recognition program. We want our teams to be excited about recognizing their colleagues! Here are a few common ways to communicate this new part of your Employee Experience to your team:
