Team GPS v1.4 is an enhancement release that provides the following new functionalities:


Employee Role Restriction

  • Employees will be able to see the Social Feed and CSAT Reviews page only


Survey Alerts

  • Added All option to the rating response type to improve user experience
  • Can create a CSAT Survey Alert based on ticket queue/service board


Rewards

  • Introducing Multi-Currency Feature - You can now set multi-currency options for employees in other countries along with the conversion rate for the currency to USD (US Dollar)
  • Country currency will default for the Employee looking to redeem points based on the location set at the Employee page
The Default currency is USD for all Employees unless otherwise specified



Employee Bulk Upload Enhancements

  • You can now update the Date of Birth and Employee Join Date via the Excel upload for Employees


Administrator User Role Updates

  • Non tenant-admin accounts (the account used to sign up for Team GPS) will now be able to update the Rewards & Recognition Setup tables to add Points allowance and set Company Core Value Hashtags
