Team GPS v1.6 is an enhancement release that provides the following new features:
Performance Management | Manager View for Success Measures
Managers can now view their team's Success Measures to better monitor performance.
Average Team Score - All Success Measures for employees that report to the Manager are displayed as an average

Performance Management | 1:1 Meetings
Strengthen Manager <> Employee relationships through regularly scheduled 1-on-1 Meetings. These are meant to share and collaborate on agendas so that everyone comes to the meeting prepared, and conversations maintain focus. Team GPS will also provide a standard 1:1 Meeting template with relevant talking points for most situations. Managers can take notes to keep track of important information and all parties are emailed with a meeting recap after the meeting has closed.

2. Collaborate and share your agenda with your meeting recipients
3. Start your meeting with a shared agenda, select what's been discussed and take notes
4. Complete your meeting to send a recap email to participants
Google Review Request Updates | CSAT Survey Responses
Google Review text is more clearly stated to end users filling out CSAT Surveys. The aim is to improve the amount of end user clients also submitting their positive reviews to your Google My Business Page.

Awards Improvements
All Awards that are earned by employees will now show up on the Social Feed. In addition, both the recipient of the Award and the Manager of the Award Recipient will receive an email notifying them of the Award. There is also a new Excel download of all Awards given to your users via the Awards setup table
