Team GPS v1.9 is a minor release that provides the following new features and some bug fixes:


Rewards & Recognition | Allowance Boost


Admin users can give additional monthly allowance to any employee. These are extra points for the user to give out during the allowance period.




Rewards & Recognition | Redeem Points (International Currency)


Redeeming points for non-US employees is now more user-friendly by showing the currency conversion as the primary redemption amount vs. the Points.



Client Satisfaction Enhancements


  • CSAT Survey Tags - You can now provide additional context for your customers to give information on CSAT Surveys



  • Success Measures (ConnectWise Manage) - We have updated the Success Measures to capture all statuses flagged as "Closed" in ConnectWise Manage. First Call Resolution and Average Tickets Closed per day will be more accurate now.
  • Success measures (Datto's Autotask) - We have updated the Success Measures to more accurately reflect the correct Ticket ID from Autotask.



Custom Survey Enhancements


Admin users can now download a report of the responses on a custom survey from the Download Responses button within the Survey Results screen.


Reporting


New on-demand reporting for Rewards & Recognition are now available

  • Rewards & Recognition | Participation - View a list of all users in the system along with the points and number of recognitions given and received within the selected month
  • Rewards & Recognition | Transactions - View a list of all Recognition transactions within the selected month
