Access Level Controls

We are excited to announce that we have implemented Access Level Controls into Team GPS. This new feature will allow administrators to set permissions for different users and groups within the platform, providing greater control and security for your organization's data.

Pentest Security

In addition to the Access Level Controls, we have also recently conducted a pentest of Team GPS to ensure the security and integrity of our platform. 


  • Identifying vulnerabilities: A pentest helps to identify any vulnerabilities in our system that could potentially be exploited by malicious actors. This allows us to address and fix issues before they can be exploited.

1:1 Meetings | Scheduling Improvements

We have enhanced our 1:1 Meeting scheduling capabilities by providing more seamless scheduling in line with Microsoft Outlook's formatting. This is in preparation to accommodate calendar sync (coming soon). This will provide the following benefits:


  • Greater flexibility: The coming .ics file download functionality can be added to any calendar that supports the .ics format, giving you the ability to schedule 1:1 Meetings from any device or platform.
  • Improved accuracy: By syncing the meetings with your calendar you can be sure that you won't forget the details of the meeting or double-book yourself.
