What are Team GPS Access Level Controls

We are excited to announce that we have implemented Access Level Controls into Team GPS. This feature will allow administrators to set permissions for different users and groups within the platform, providing greater control and security for your organization's data.

Some key benefits of Access Level Controls include:

• Greater control: Administrators can set permissions for individual users or groups, giving them access to only the information and tolls that are relevant to their role within the organization.
• Improved security: With Access Level Controls, administrators can ensure that sensitive information is only access by authorized users, helping to prevent data breaches and unauthorized access to critical systems.
• Enhanced collaboration: By setting permissions for different teams and departments, Access Level Controls can help facilitate smoother collaboration within your organization.

Below is a breakdown of what each Role has access to in Team GPS

Employee Role (Default)

Default role for all users in Team GPS.

Service Admin Role 

Gives users ability to edit CSAT Reviews, view NPS data and Custom Survey as well as create CSAT Survey Alerts

Integrations Admin Role

Gives users ability to manage the Integration settings pages for Team GPS.

HR Admin Role

For HR users with full permissions to organization settings including Employees

Rewards Admin Role

Gives users ability to update Rewards & Recognition settings including Points Allowance, Company Core Value Hashtags and Currency Conversions.

Admin Role

Full Access Rights to all Team GPS features.
