Home Page

The home Dashboard provides a snapshot of some of the most important and recent items for employees. Here, you can check your Scorecard, upcoming tasks, recent CSAT Reviews, recent shoutouts from peers, or 1:1 Meetings. The page also helps you quickly navigate to more detailed views for all of the items important to you.

Employees can

• Access all CSAT Reviews
• Reward and recognize fellow employees
• Plan and prepare for their 1:1s
• Access their tasks and meeting tasks
• Access their goals
• Access any scheduled Performance Reviews and fill them out
• Create Life Plans

Team GPS Modules

The navigation will vary depending on which modules you have access to. 

In general you'll have: 

• Social Feed - Rewards & Recognition home: Give shoutouts, view shoutouts monthly leaderboard, and redeem points earned
• 1:1 Meetings - Plan and update 1:1 Meetings with your manager and peers
• Goals - Review any goals shared with you and view alignment with company initiativess
• Performance - Conduct Performance Reviews based on your organization's schedule
• Tasks - View, Create and update any tasks that have been assigned to you via meetings or personal tasks
• Client Satisfaction - Customer Satisfaction Scores
• Customer Effort Score - Customer Effort Scores
• Client Net Promoter Score - Customer Net Promoter Scores
• Life By Design - Career/Life Planning Goals
