The home Dashboard provides a snapshot of some of the most important and recent items for employees. Here, you can your Scorecard, upcoming tasks, recent CSAT Reviews, recent shoutouts from peers, or 1:1 Meetings. The page also helps you quickly navigate to more detailed views for all of the items important to you.

Team GPS Modules
In general you'll have:
- Social Feed - Rewards & Recognition home: Give shoutouts, view shoutouts monthly leaderboard, and redeem points earned
- 1:1 Meetings - Plan and update 1:1 Meetings with your manager and peers
- Goals - Review any goals shared with you and view alignment with company initiativess
- Performance - Conduct Performance Reviews based on your organization's schedule
- Tasks - View, Create and update any tasks that have been assigned to you via meetings or personal tasks
