Adding employees into Team GPS can be accomplished in three primary ways, each offering flexibility and efficiency to suit your needs. Follow the steps below to seamlessly upload employees into our SaaS solution:


Manual Entry


  1. Navigate to the Employees page within Team GPS.

  1. Click on the "Add Employee" button to manually input employee details.
  2. Fill in the required fields, including First Name, Last Name, and Email. Additional optional fields such as contact information, date of joining, date of birth, country of origin, location, job function, department, primary manager, secondary manager, allowance boost, and external ID can also be filled out as needed.
  3. Set role permissions for the employee as necessary.
  4. Save the changes.



Bulk Upload via Excel


  1. Download the provided sample Excel file designed for bulk uploads.
  2. Open the downloaded file and fill in the required information for each employee.
  3. Refer to the "Data Dictionary" tab within the Excel file for guidance on the information required by the system.
  4. Once completed, return to the Employees page in Team GPS.
  5. Select the option to "Import File" from the same location.
  6. Upload the filled Excel file to bulk upload and edit the employee data in the system.



Integration with Azure AD
