We are thrilled to announce several exciting features and enhancements in this release, designed to elevate user experience and streamline operations.


Outlook Calendar Integration Changes


Administrators can now activate a global Outlook Integration from the Admin Settings. This will allow for a calendar integration for all users when creating 1:1 Meetings rather than downloading an .ics file and syncing that to Outlook.




User Experience and General Improvements


  • Enhancements have been made to character allowances in various text fields, including Goals, CSAT Reviews, and others. Users can now input a broader range of characters, eliminating previous restrictions and enhancing flexibility.
  • The default page view size for NPS reviews has been increased from 10 to 20.
  • Added validation for non-editable fields when uploading Excel files for AutoProvisioned users.
  • Clear listing of company preferences logo size requirements.
  • Profile image requirements updated to allow spaces in filenames to avoid file upload rejections.
  • Fixed an issue where Automated Award posts were not being delivered to MS Teams.
  • Added support for the Dominican Republic currency via Rewards & Recognition.


Goals

  • The Goal screen has been re-designed to be a pop-up allowing the user to access the Goal information without navigating to the Goal screen. Users can now view Goals from 1:1 Meetings or their Dashboard without being taken to the Goal screen.


  • Users now have the ability to change the Goal Start date and Goal Owner of goals they have created.



CSAT Improvements


  • Ability to display CSAT Surveys to clients as a button hyperlink, rather than an image. This will help to alleviate issues with images being blocked by mail clients to clearly communicate the survey request to clients.


  • We've also made the verbiage on the Team GPS CSAT Submit page clearer to clients about what Feedback Tags are used for, indicating the need to Submit the review at the bottom of the page.


Performance Management Enhancements


  • A new Performance Admin Role has been created. Assigning this role to a user will allow for the employee to view Performance Review results (Manager and Employee Assessments). This role should be given to those in Human Resources who need visibility into the content of Performance Reviews, for which they are not attending. 


  • Users can now Save & Submit Later on Performance Reviews, allowing them to make progress without having to go through the entire Review before submitting. 


  • Users can now use a pre-defined Rating Scale when building Performance Assessment dropdown questions


Rewards & Recognition


  • Users will now see a pop-up when Redeeming points to confirm they would like to proceed


  • Admin users can now provide Points without posting to the Social Feed via Points by Admin. This will provide the points to the user without displaying the message on the Social Feed.
