We are excited to announce the latest updates to our platform, bringing you a range of new features and improvements to enhance your experience. Here’s a summary of what’s new:


Major Updates

  • Custom Rewards: Users can now create custom rewards for their users to redeem with points, aligning rewards with company culture and values to make recognition more impactful and engaging, thus motivating and inspiring employees.

  • Add Employee to Performance Review Cycle: You now have the ability to add an employee to an existing, currently open Performance Review Cycle, enhancing flexibility in managing performance reviews.

  • Goal Detail Page UI Improvements: We've given the Goal Detail Page a fresh new look, making it easier for users to access and edit goal information, simplifying the process of tracking and advancing goal progress.

  • Meeting Attendees "Join" Button: Meeting attendees, typically the employee in the manager/employee relationship, will now see a “Join” button for their meetings, providing clear direction for updating meetings with agenda items and notes.

  • Performance Assessment Visibility: Managers can now choose when their Performance Assessment answers are visible to employees. Upon submitting a review, managers can share responses immediately or select a date for visibility, offering flexibility in sharing feedback.

  • Performance Review Cycles Based on Employee’s Start Date: Users can now schedule Performance Review Cycles based on the Employee’s Start Date, with reviews triggering based on the “Date Joined” field, offering a personalized review schedule.

Minor Updates

  • Sync Employee Join Date with Azure AD/Entra ID: Employee Join Date can now be synced with Azure AD/Entra ID and is now a required field on the Employee page.

  • Leadership Dashboard Access: Leadership Dashboard Access will now be granted to all Admin users by default. To remove this access, simply un-check “Leadership Dashboard Access” from the Employee profile page.

  • CSAT and NPS Review Timestamps: When customers submit CSAT reviews, the timestamp will now display along with the date of the submitted review. Similarly, the date submitted will now display on NPS reviews.

  • Shoutouts Email Notification: Shoutouts given to employees from the Reward Admin page that are not pushed to the Social Feed will now email employees, notifying them of the shoutout.

  • Drag and Drop Performance Review Questions: Users can now drag and drop Performance Review assessment questions when building Self/Manager assessments for Performance Review Cycles.

  • CSAT Hyperlink Text Update: The hyperlink text and verbiage for CSAT have been changed from Positive, Neutral, and Negative to Happy, Okay, and Unhappy, respectively.

  • Core Value Description Character Limit: The character limit for Core Value Descriptions on the Strategy Page has been increased.

  • Increased Character Limits on Strategy Page Fields: Character limits have been increased on all fields of the Strategy Page.

  • Customer Effort Score Code Fix: We have fixed an issue that displayed Customer Effort Score code incorrectly on older versions of Outlook.
