Group Meetings

  • Run your team meetings seamlessly with the new Group Meetings feature, fully equipped to support Level 10 meetings based on the EOS framework. This update allows users to create, schedule, and manage meetings with ease. You can assign attendees, set start and end times, establish recurring schedules, and integrate seamlessly with Outlook. Meeting organizers can now also track goals, update scorecards, assign action items, and track issues – all within the same interface for a streamlined team alignment experience.

Halo PSA CSAT Integration

  • Expanding Team GPS’s capabilities, the Halo PSA integration empowers your organization to collect Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) feedback directly through Halo PSA. This feature opens the door to a new market of potential buyers, enabling smoother customer feedback collection for users already within the Halo ecosystem.


Team GPS Public APIs for CSAT

  • Team GPS now offers public APIs focused on CSAT data, giving your team the ability to access and share CSAT scores across platforms. These APIs enable seamless integration with other tools, helping you pull in essential customer feedback data to understand trends and performance better.


Trend Scorecard

  • Gain deeper insights with the Trend Scorecard, which displays key performance metrics and trend lines over time. Managers and team members alike can view their progress, track improvements, and quickly identify areas that need attention, making performance management more data-driven and actionable.


Minor Updates

  • KPI Enhancement for Unscheduled Leave
    Unscheduled Leave is now measured as a total count instead of an average, ensuring more accurate tracking and a better overview of your team’s attendance patterns.

  • Custom Rewards Store
    Users can now create and manage a custom rewards store without the need to integrate with the external gift card gallery, making it easier to provide personalized rewards that resonate with your team.

  • CSAT Reviews Page UI Improvements
    We’ve made the CSAT Reviews page easier to navigate, allowing you to publish KPIs directly to your website widget with fewer clicks. This improvement streamlines the process of sharing your CSAT results publicly and is designed to be both intuitive and user-friendly.

  • Special Character Support in 1:1 Meetings
    Special characters are now supported in the titles and descriptions of 1:1 meetings, giving you greater flexibility in naming and organizing your meetings to fit your team’s needs.

  • Alphabetical Sorting of Employee Page
    The Employee page is now sorted alphabetically by default, making it simpler to find team members and view their information at a glance.

  • Email Notifications for Performance Management Review Cycles
    Automatic email notifications will keep your team informed about upcoming Performance Management review cycles and due dates, helping ensure that no review gets missed.
