The Gift Card Setup section allows you to securely add your credit card details to ensure seamless access to the Gift Card gallery. By setting up billing, employees can redeem the points they’ve earned for a variety of rewards, fostering engagement and recognition within the team. This feature ensures a smooth and rewarding experience for everyone involved.

convenience fee charge of 3.5% applied to each time you do a recharge in Maximum Funding Amount


Setting up Reward Billing


  1. Log in to your GPS tenant, and Navigate to Gift Card Setup available in Rewards & Recognition under Admin Settings.


  2.  Now you'll see 2 options to add Maximum Funding Amount and Rewards Funding Refresh Threshold.

    Maximum Funding Amount: This process functions as a pre-paid recharge for your gift card redemptions. Any amount you add here will be charged directly to your credit card, with a convenience fee of 3.5% applied to each recharge. Once the balance is added, it will be utilised whenever an employee redeems a gift card. The redeemed amount will be deducted from the available balance, reducing it from the Maximum Funding Amount. This setup ensures your balance is always ready to facilitate seamless gift card redemption.

    Rewards Funding Refresh Threshold: You can set a Refresh Threshold amount to automate recharges for your Maximum Funding Balance. When the balance drops to the specified threshold, an automatic recharge will restore it to the original Maximum Funding Amount you set.
    For example, if your Maximum Funding Amount is $500 and your Refresh Threshold is $150, the balance will reduce as employees redeem gift cards. Once the balance reaches $150, an automatic recharge of $350 will occur, bringing the balance back to $500.

    This automation eliminates the need for manual recharges by the admin and ensures there is always sufficient balance available for gift card redemption.

  3. Add your credit card information and click Save. It may take up to 24 hours for the credit card details to appear in your tenant. Once the credit card is successfully added, make sure to enable the Gift Card Redemption toggle. If this toggle is disabled, employees will not be able to redeem gift cards.


    This step is essential to ensure the gift card redemption process runs smoothly.
