New Features & Enhancements
Group Meetings
- Move Issues Between Group Meetings – Participants can now transfer issues across different group meetings.

- Create Tasks from Issues – Users can create tasks from issues within a group meeting, including assigning tasks to multiple participants.

- Create Tasks for Multiple Users - Users can now easily create a task for multiple users when creating a Task from an Issue
- Drag and Drop KPIs on Scorecards – Users can now manually reorder KPIs to prioritize and organize them effectively.
- Confirmation Prompt on Meeting Flyouts - Confirmation prompts added when closing a meeting flyout with unsaved changes.
CSAT & Dashboard Improvements
- Enhanced CSAT Review Privacy Controls:
- Admins can now configure who can view CSAT reviews.

- Employees will only see their own CSAT reviews if the setting is enabled.
- Managers will still be able to view their team’s CSAT reviews, even with restrictions applied.
- Department data can now be added as a column in the CSAT review listing and exported.
- Fixes for CSAT Rating Filters & Review Display – Reviews filtered by team members now show accurate ratings.
1:1 Meetings
- Agenda Notes in Completion Emails – Meeting summary emails for 1:1 meetings now include agenda notes.
- UI Improvements & Optimizations:
- Redesigned email templates for 1:1 meetings.
- Private notes now display correctly within the "Previous Meeting" tab.
UI/UX Enhancements
- Expanded Character Limit for Group Meeting Names – Longer meeting names are now supported.
- Usability Improvements for Goal & Task Management:
- The goal details page now dismisses the calendar when clicking outside.
- The due date icon is greyed out for users without editing permissions.
- Tags in shared goals no longer show an "X" for unauthorized users.
- Milestone UI has been optimized for 14-inch laptop displays.
- Goals without milestones now correctly show as "completed" when their status is marked as complete.
Bug Fixes
Group Meetings & Scorecards
- Goal Owners Display Fix – Employees now load correctly in the goal owners field, reducing slow rendering issues.
- Fixed Group Meeting Deletion Errors – Users are now notified correctly when attempting to create issues in deleted meetings.
- Success Measures Fixes – Users are now redirected correctly to the success measures component after creating one.
CSAT & Employee Access
- CSAT Dashboard Filters Fixed – Team member ratings are now displayed correctly when filtering CSAT reviews.
- CSAT Overview Screen Widgets Fixed – Recent comments and ratings are now correctly displayed in the overview and insights screen.
1:1 Meetings
- Meeting Component Visibility – Source of 1:1 meeting components created in group meetings is now displayed correctly.
- Correct Verbiage in Email Templates – Improved clarity in 1:1 meeting creation email notifications.
UI Fixes
- Dashboard Loading Issue Fixed – Some users previously needed to hard refresh their browser cache and log out/log back in to see their dashboard correctly. This issue has been resolved, ensuring dashboards load as expected without requiring manual intervention.
- Profile Picture Display in Goal Tab – Resolved an issue where some users' profile pictures were replaced with initials.
- Task & Goal Deletion Pop-up Fix – The headers in delete pop-ups now correctly reflect company preferences.
- Confirmation Messages for Private Notes – Users will no longer see incorrect confirmation messages when private notes are not added.
- Special Characters Support – Special characters like
<
, >
, and &
are now supported in all group meeting components.
Miscellaneous Fixes
- Department Goals Visibility – Hidden department-level goals are no longer visible to employees from the same department.
- Employee Rewards & Recognition Fixes – Inactive users’ data no longer appear in reward earnings reports.
- MS Teams Integration Fix for Shoutouts – When users choose to exclude a shoutout from the Social Feed, it will now also be excluded from the MS Teams channel if the integration is enabled. Previously, excluded shoutouts would still appear in Teams.
