This article provides step-by-step guidance on enabling the Calendar Integration for your tenant. Once configured, this integration will seamlessly sync all upcoming one-on-one meetings with your Outlook calendar, ensuring better scheduling efficiency and visibility.
NOTE: Before proceeding with the Calendar Integration setup, please confirm that Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled for your tenant. SSO is a prerequisite for this integration to function correctly.
- The initial requirement for enabling Calendar Integration is to have SSO activated on your tenant. If you have not yet set up SSO, please refer to THIS ARTICLE for detailed instructions on how to configure it.
If SSO is already enabled on your tenant, you may proceed to the next step outlined below. - Navigate to Admin Settings > Integrations > Calendar Integration.
- Now enable the Outlook Calendar Integration toggle. A confirmation pop-up will appear—click Yes to proceed with the activation.
- Once enabled, a new pop-up window will appear. Click on the Generate URL tab to retrieve the authentication URL required to establish the connection.
- If you are not automatically redirected to a new window for authentication, manually Copy the generated URL and paste it into a new browser tab to proceed with the authentication process.
- In the authentication window, click on the Accept button to authorize the Calendar Integration and establish a secure connection between your Outlook calendar and your account.
That’s it! To ensure the integration is fully activated, log out of your account and log back in. From this point forward, your calendar integration will function seamlessly, automatically syncing any newly created 1-1 meetings with your Outlook calendar.
