Where to Find the Insights Dashboard

If you have the appropriate access level, the Insights Dashboard will be your default dashboard view in Team GPS. You can also navigate to it from the main dashboard menu.

What Can You See?

The Insights Dashboard includes widgets for:

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

  • Net Promoter Score (NPS)

  • Clients at Risk

  • 1:1 Meetings

  • Core Value Shoutouts

  • Top Hashtag Usage by Hashtag, Employee

Each widget can be expanded to view data over time and across different date ranges.

How to Use the New Filters

Step-by-Step:

  1. Locate the Filters Panel:
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see new filter options.

  2. Choose a Filter Type:
You can filter the data by:

    • Department

    • Manager

    • Location

  3. Apply a Single Filter:
Want to view how a specific team is doing?

    • Example: Type and select Philippines under Location to view all relevant CSAT scores, shoutouts, and other data.

  4. Combine Multiple Filters:
Want more granular insights? You can combine filters!

    • Example: Filter by Location: Philippines and Manager: Natasha to view data for team members in the Philippines who report to Natasha.

Once you’ve selected your filters, click the Apply Filter button to update the dashboard view with your selected criteria.

Note on Filter Behavior

The filters change the aggregate data shown in each widget based on the users who match the selected filters. It does not display separate data lines or comparisons for each selected manager or department—it will instead show a combined total for the filtered group.
