Step 4: Define the Review Frequency
- Options: Every 90 / 180 / 365 days, or custom intervals.
Step 5: Launch the Review
After reviewing your settings, click Launch to begin the cycle. Employees and managers will be notified via email.
How to Complete a Performance Review
1. Access the Review
Go to the Performance tab. You’ll see any reviews assigned to you with statuses like Open, Past Due, or Completed.
2. Write the Review
Click Write Review. On the left side, you'll see your assessment questions. On the right side, supporting data is shown:
- Goals: See your goals and their current status
- Shout-outs: Track recognition given and received
- CSAT Responses: View customer satisfaction trends
- Scorecards: Review historical KPI performance
3. Manager View
Managers follow the same steps, but can view the employee’s data on the right-hand panel while writing the assessment.
Best Practices
- Use real examples from goals, shout-outs, and scorecards to back up feedback.
- Keep feedback focused, actionable, and constructive.
- Reference recent 1:1 notes or meetings for context.
