Where to Find Reporting

  1. Click Reporting from the left-hand navigation.
  2. Select Performance Reports.

Assessment Progress Report

This shows how each employee and manager is progressing in the current cycle.

  • Filter by review cycle, department, designation, or manager
  • See status of self-assessments and manager reviews: Open, In Progress, Completed, or Past Due

Company Performance Report

Aggregate view of answers to key questions across the organization.

Default Questions Tracked

  • “How valued do you feel?” — Tracks employee sentiment toward recognition and belonging
  • “What would you do if this employee got another job offer?” — Tracks manager perception of retention risk

You can filter results by department, designation, or manager to identify trends and risks at a team or organizational level.

Tips for Using This Data

  • If many employees in a team don’t feel valued, dig into recognition trends or 1:1 feedback frequency.
  • If a manager would “let an employee go easily,” consider coaching or succession planning support.
  • Pair review data with scorecard KPIs to spot potential performance/engagement misalignment.
