We’ve rolled out Version 6.2 with major improvements across Scorecards, Performance Reviews, CSAT/CES alerts, and bug fixes. This update focuses on usability enhancements, expanded filter controls, better Microsoft Teams alert handling, and fixes for client-reported issues.


Key Improvements & Features

Performance Reviews & Scorecards

  • Filters: Apply department, manager, and period filters in performance reporting views.

  • Excel Export: Download detailed performance review cycles for reporting.

  • Permissions: Admins and Service Admins can now manage sources and edit permissions when creating/editing KPIs.

  • Scorecard Accuracy: Negative values and operator changes now behave as expected, with bugs resolved around data persistence and sorting.

CSAT / CES Enhancements

  • Microsoft Teams Alerts: CSAT and CES alerts can now be routed to specific Teams channels using adaptive cards.

  • Visibility Fixes: CES ratings and CSAT/CES heading verbiage now display correctly.

  • Filtering & Sorting: Sort CSAT reviews accurately by team member, with improved filtering UI.

Goals & Tasks

  • Milestone Coloring: Completed goals and milestones no longer show as overdue.

  • UI Fixes: Improved display for long goal text, calendar widgets in 1:1s, and alignment across various views.

UI/UX Refinements

  • Success Measures: Manual vs. automated scorecards now display more clearly.

  • Trend Scorecards: Admins can add KPI values with appropriate permission logic.

  • Table Interactions: All clickable cells are now visually distinct and easier to use.

Excel Uploads

  • New flows for uploading performance data, including better UI and downloadable templates for managers.

Daily Email Fixes

  • Daily task summaries now send correctly to users with group meeting tasks assigned.
