Goal Management Improvements

  • You can now filter goals by owner, due date, type, source, status, or whether they are active or overdue.

  • Users can multi-select goal owners to view combined goals.

  • Default goal view now shows "All My Goals" on the Goals screen.

  • You can now create goals directly from 1:1 Meetings, mirroring functionality already available in Group Meetings.

  • Sticky filters and pagination on the redesigned Goals screen improve navigation and performance.

1:1 & Group Meeting Enhancements

  • Tasks, issues, and agenda items now support images and hyperlinks using the enhanced rich text editor.

  • Users can click on images to preview them in a modal, improving visual clarity.

  • Tasks created from 1:1 Meetings now use the same component structure as Group Meetings.

  • Agenda checkbox states in 1:1 Meetings now persist properly between sessions.

Scorecard & KPI Enhancements

  • The Success Measures section has been renamed to Manual KPIs, and terminology is consistent across the platform.

  • Secondary managers can now upload KPI data via Excel and manually update data in Trend Scorecards when permitted.

  • Large KPI target values now display correctly without distorting the layout.

  • KPI filters and sorting are now more reliable across multiple scorecard views.

Survey & Performance Management Updates

  • Admins can now create alerts only for surveys with comments, giving better context to follow-ups.

  • Filters now reset correctly when switching between performance review cycles.

  • Inactive users are now automatically skipped during performance cycle triggers.

  • Survey alert lists and CSAT review widgets now sort and display results properly.

Rewards & Recognition Updates

  • Admins can now set conversion rates using decimal values


Fixes & UI Improvements

  • Resolved multiple UI and filter bugs across Goals, Performance Reporting, Recognition, and NPS modules.

  • Fixed text formatting and hyperlink handling issues in the Quill editor to prevent malformed URLs.

  • Enhanced Quill editor behavior when copying/pasting or editing links.

  • Improved behavior when deleting goals from deleted Group Meetings.

  • Addressed incorrect system behavior related to designations with & symbols and issues with employee visibility.

  • Fixed validation and sorting bugs in Custom Rewards, Billing History, and Manual KPI frequency filters.

Critical Fixes

  • Fixed major issues with designation filtering, which affected employee visibility in Performance Reporting.

  • Fixed bugs preventing admins from creating custom rewards.

  • Fixed critical errors where deleted goals still appeared after a Group Meeting was deleted.

  • Prevented invalid double-protocol links (e.g., https://https://example.com) in text fields.
