Public Review allows you to redirect any Happy CSAT responses from TeamGPS to your Google My Business (GMB) page, enabling customers to submit a review directly on Google. 


How to enable Public review?


Navigate to Admin Settings

  • Go to Admin Settings > Integrations > Public Review.

  • Check the Enable Public Review box.

  • Add your Google My Business page link.




Once you have added the link, Configure CSAT Setup:

  • Navigate to Admin Settings > Customer Sentiment Setup > CSAT Setup.

  • Click Edit Survey.

  • Check the Enable Public Review box to activate the feature.



Save & Implement

  • Click Configure to save your settings.

  • Copy the code snippet provided.

  • Paste the snippet into your PSA tool email template to automatically trigger the survey when a ticket is closed.


How does it work?


When a user gives you a Happy CSAT rating, they are redirected to your Google My Business page where they can submit a public review. 


If the user provides any other rating (e.g., Okay or Unhappy), they will not see the option to submit a Google review. 



With this setup, only your happiest customers are encouraged to share their positive feedback publicly on Google.
