Team GPS Version 6.4 introduces a mix of new features, usability improvements, and key fixes across meetings, performance management, scorecards, surveys, and recognition. This release enhances employee data management, expands customization options, and resolves several UI and functional issues reported by users.
New Features
Added ability for admins to record and manage employee exit details, including date of separation, reason, and description. These details are now visible on employee profiles, in listings, and available via bulk upload and downloadable reports. This capability also lays the groundwork for predictive analytics, helping Team GPS connect the full employee lifecycle to engagement data that could anticipate attrition.
Introduced predictive search when selecting employees while creating a performance review, making it faster to find the right person.
Positive CES responses can now be credited to the correct individual, ensuring accurate recognition.
Recognition widget now shows a timestamp for each shoutout, providing better context.
New option to upload null values in KPI Excel uploads for more flexible data management.
Meeting scheduling improvements: edited meeting times now automatically align to a user’s timezone.
Added Reward gift card support for Japan.
Expanded recognition and survey notes functionality by removing character and special character limitations in hashtags, notes, and comments.
