Do you want to set up and redeem custom rewards for your workforce in TeamGPS?
The process is simple, user-friendly, and requires no extra effort from your team members. With just a few clicks, employees can access a personalised reward gallery, choose what they like, and redeem their points. Let’s walk through the steps in detail.



  • Log in to Your TeamGPS Account
    • Start by logging into your TeamGPS tenant with your unique credentials. This ensures you have access to your personalised dashboard and the rewards balance associated with your account.

    • Example: If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you may be able to log in directly using your work credentials without entering a password separately.


  • Navigate to the Social Feed
    • Once logged in, head over to the Social Feed section. This is the central hub where you can see activity, updates, and also your Points to Redeem balance displayed at the top right corner of the page.


    • Pro Tip: You can redeem points anytime you like, but it’s often a good idea to accumulate them over time. Saving your points for a special occasion, such as a festival, work anniversary, or personal milestone. This can allow you to redeem a larger reward, like a premium gift card or an exclusive custom perk.


  • Check Your Points and Start Redemption
    • If you wish to redeem a reward immediately, click on the Redeem Points button located right below your available balance.



  • Choose Custom Rewards
    • On the next screen, you’ll be given options. Instead of choosing Gift Cards, select Custom Rewards. This will direct you to your organisation's Custom Reward Gallery.


    • Here, you’ll find all the rewards that your admin team has set up specifically for your workforce. These could include unique offerings such as:
      • Company-branded merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, or stationery)
      • Exclusive experiences (team lunch, movie tickets, or adventure outings)
      • Special perks (an extra day off, priority parking, or wellness benefits)
      • This customisation makes rewards more meaningful and aligned with your company culture.



  • Redeem a Custom Reward    
    • If you have enough points in your account, you will see a Redeem option just beneath the image of the reward.

    • Click on it once to initiate the request. A confirmation message will pop up, click Redeem again to finalise your choice.

    • Important Note: Once you redeem a custom reward, the points will be deducted from your account and cannot be returned unless your admin declines your redemption request.


  • Email Notifications and Confirmation
    • TeamGPS ensures you stay informed throughout the process:
      • First Notification: As soon as you request redemption, you’ll receive an email confirming that your request has been placed.

      • Second Notification: Once the admin reviews your request, you’ll get another email letting you know whether it has been approved or declined.
        • If approved, you’ll receive the details on how to access your reward.

        • If declined, the points will be automatically credited back to your account.

  • And That’s It!

    With just a few clicks, you can redeem rewards that are tailored to your organisation's culture and meaningful to you. The process is straightforward, transparent, and ensures no points go to waste.
