Team GPS version 7.0 introduces important new features, usability improvements, and critical fixes across goals, meetings, surveys, scorecards, recognition, and notifications. This release strengthens customer feedback workflows with ConnectWise integration, enhances survey and performance management, and delivers multiple improvements to reliability and user experience.


New Features

  • ConnectWise Integration for CSAT Alerts: Admins can now configure survey alerts to automatically create a ticket in ConnectWise when a CSAT response is received. Whether the response is Negative, Neutral, or Positive, a new ticket can be created directly from Team GPS, ensuring every piece of customer feedback is actionable and tracked.
  • Goal Reminder Notifications: Automated reminders now notify users 3 and 10 days before goal due dates, helping teams stay aligned and proactive.
  • Improved Navigation from Shoutouts: Clicking on a recipient’s name in award shoutouts now takes users directly to their profile, making recognition more visible and actionable.
  • Performance Reporting Enhancements: Performance admins can now view supporting data directly within performance reports for better context.
  • Revamped Company Preferences: Company Preferences has been redesigned into separate tabs for different sections, replacing the previous single-page layout. This makes navigation more intuitive and settings easier to manage.
  • Custom Survey Enhancements: The Recipients tab now includes dropdown filters, better sorting, and a date picker for easier analysis.
  • Public API Updates: CSAT reviews and comments now include timestamps and notes flags in the API, ensuring external reporting systems always have the latest data.

    • Consistent formatting for meeting notes, private notes, and agendas.
    • Department information now appears in performance summaries.
    • Improved notifications for scheduling, updating, completing, and canceling meetings.
  • Surveys & Performance
    • Sorting and filtering in Custom Surveys now work reliably.
    • Inactive users are automatically excluded from survey cycles.
    • NPS campaigns now only show active campaigns when marked completed.
  • Rewards & Recognition
    • Standardized email notifications for submitted, fulfilled, and declined reward requests.
    • Recognition-related notifications and UI have been made more consistent.
  • Scorecards & KPIs
    • Large KPI values display correctly without distorting layouts.
  • General Usability & UI
    • New shimmer loaders added across login and integration pages.
    • Scrollbar width in the left-hand navigation panel increased for easier use.
    • Cursor behavior fixed in shoutouts to remain in position when tagging employees.
    • Error messages now display the complete list of allowed special characters.
  • CSAT Widget: Enhanced functionality and smoother display.

Bug Fixes

  • Corrected placeholder and department filter display issues.
  • Fixed errors in transcript and notes formatting during meetings.
  • Resolved UI alignment issues across Goals, Meetings, and Widgets.
  • Fixed cursor jumping issues in shoutouts.
  • Fixed KPI count errors in Manager Notes for 1:1 meetings.
  • Login shimmer now displays instantly after clicking login.
  • Fixed incorrect filtering behavior in CES reviews and Custom Surveys.
  • Goal and survey reminders now display correctly across all users.
  • Fixed errors where system notifications did not trigger properly.
  • Corrected error messages for special characters in shoutouts.

Critical Fixes

  • Fixed major issues with filtering and sorting in Custom Surveys.

Early Access: GPS Genie (Pilot Program Only)

Team GPS now offers optional AI integration (GPS Genie) with Performance and 1:1 Meetings. These features provide automated insights and analysis to enhance meeting outcomes and performance reviews.

Features include:

  • Meeting Transcripts & Analysis: Access and analyze transcripts from completed 1:1 meetings (MS Teams or Outlook).
  • Performance Insights: AI-generated analysis of performance data for managers.
  • Feedback & Governance: Thumbs up/down ratings and comments on AI insights, with aggregated reporting for admins.
  • Compliance & Risk Detection: AI scans transcripts for potential compliance or legal risks.
  • Configuration Controls: Admins can manage transcript retention and enable/disable Genie at the tenant level.
