Microsoft Teams Integration | Team GPS Rewards & Recognition
Team GPS Rewards & Recognition is now tightly mirrored with Microsoft Teams to improve the workflow of any Team GPS users.
- Users can now give shoutouts to their colleagues directly from within Microsoft Teams. These will post to the Team GPS Social Feed, as well as a specified channel for recognition in Microsoft Teams
- Any shoutouts sent from the Team GPS Social Feed will post directly to a specified channel in Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams Integration | CSAT and NPS Review Notifications
We have enhanced our Survey Alerts functionality by integrating with Microsoft Teams. Users can now configure a Microsoft Teams Webhook link to any channel, and then link this into Team GPS to see alerts instantly upon receiving any CSAT or NPS Review, directly in Microsoft Teams.

Employee Bulk Upload/Edit Enhancements
Admin users can now bulk upload Employees via excel with all available Employee fields. Users can also bulk update employee information using the Excel upload to edit existing information.
New Feature | CSAT Email Signature
Kaseya users can now use Team GPS Success Measures. Success measures present a scorecard of KPIs that measure performance of an employee. The Success measures below are pulled directly from the Team GPS CSAT module and the integrated PSA Tool (Kaseya):

- Awards will now trigger at 9:00am EST including Anniversary Awards, Birthday Awards and Employee Welcome Awards
