Goals & Success Measures

• You can now duplicate goals directly from the Goal Details page if you have permission.

• Manual KPI values can be uploaded for existing users via Excel by Admins and Managers.

• Employees can view, but not update, KPI values uploaded through Excel.

• Sorting now applies to the entire Manual KPI table, not just the current page.

• Goals set to "Completed" now properly show 100% progress.

• Resolved an issue where goal filters and progress values didn’t update as expected.

• Users can comment on shared goals, archive goals from the list view, and edit/delete goals if they’re the owner, creator, or manager.

Shoutouts & Awards

• Comments with hashtags on Shout Outs now behave correctly (no unwanted replacements).

• Cursor now shows properly on emoji reactions.

• New Positive CES Awards (CES Score of 6 or 7) are now live: admins can view, activate, deactivate, and track them in point reports. Shout Outs for these awards also show in the social feed.

• Deleting a CES review now properly deletes the associated award shout out and reverts points.

Scorecard Improvements

• Admins and managers can now edit daily frequency KPIs in the Trend Scorecard.

• Global search supports KPI name, tag, frequency, and source on the manual KPI tab.

• Fixed multiple UI issues in KPI management and improved shimmer effect on goal pages.

Performance Management Updates

• "Select All Employees" option added when creating performance reviews.

• Performance statuses now clearly display as Open, In Progress, and Completed.

• Fixed alignment and sorting issues in filters, review cycles, and report tables.

• WYSIWYG editor now available in performance review sections.

Group Meetings Enhancements

• Group Meetings now auto-refresh for Tasks, Issues, and Wrap-Up tabs.

• Attendees can now archive/delete their own goals. Permissions fixed for non-owners.

• Visual/UI issues around goal alignment, unresolved milestone handling, and tab transitions have been resolved.

• Milestone calendar now shows fully without needing to scroll.

Bug Fixes & UI Refinements

• Resolved over 20 UI/UX bugs across Insights, CSAT, CES, and survey screens.

• Fixed broken sorting icons, placeholder alignment, table cell widths, and empty state messages.
